Permeability Model of Liquid Microcapsule Based on Multiple Linear Regression Method

The release rate of liquid core material from microcapsules is crucial for the surface properties self-protective metal/liquid microcapsule composite plating coating. However, there no method to accurately predict microcapsules. In this paper, permeability experiments different shell membranes and materials were carried out using weight loss method, model was studied based on a multiple linear regression method. results show that three-variable mathematical C, including membrane porosity, viscosity material, thickness suitable describe permeability, most significant influence factor. Additionally, accuracy C experimentally verified, error permeation about 2.06% between predictive experimental values.
